Thank you for visiting my shop! My name is Jose "J. Salvador" Saenz. I've worked professionally as an artist in a variety of different media and mediums. My career has been a long winding road with several off-ramps along the way -an exploration of everything ART related, guided by whatever inspires me at the moment.
I started my path as a production artist, designing characters and illustrating in the theme park industry. Along the way I had the good fortune of working with some insanely talented artists who opened my eyes to the world of graphic design, print and photography, which inspired my own career path leading me to where I am now.
I created this site to finally share my art, my process and knowledge of illustration and design with you all! It's a complimentary site to my Etsy shop, where you can buy all of the art showcased here. Don't be surprised to find my subjects to vary as much as my career has.
